Puppy socials, also known as puppy socialization classes, offer numerous benefits for puppies who are 16 weeks and younger. Here are some key advantages:

Socialization: Puppy socials provide a safe and controlled environment for puppies to interact with other dogs and people. This early exposure helps them develop healthy social skills and become well-adjusted adult dogs.

Behavior development: Exposing puppies to various stimuli and experiences during socialization classes helps shape their behaviors and responses. They learn to be more confident, adaptable, and less prone to fear or anxiety later in life.

Bite inhibition: Puppies naturally explore the world with their mouths and teeth. Socialization classes give them the opportunity to interact and play with other puppies, teaching them important bite inhibition skills, which can prevent future behavioral issues.

Play and exercise: Puppy socials provide a supervised and structured environment where puppies can engage in appropriate play and exercise. This helps them burn off excess energy, develop coordination, and learn appropriate play behaviors.

Training opportunities: Puppy socialization classes often incorporate basic training exercises, such as sit, stay, and recall. This early introduction to training can help puppies develop good manners, focus, and responsiveness to commands.

Confidence building: Regularly attending puppy socials exposes puppies to new people, places, sounds, and experiences. This exposure helps build their confidence and reduces the likelihood of developing fears or phobias in the future.

Remember, it's important to ensure that the puppy socials are well-managed, supervised by experienced trainers, and follow appropriate health and vaccination protocols to maximize the benefits and safety for all participants.

When are the Puppies Parties Held?

Every week!

Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm to 5pm

What do I need to do to attend?

Fill out the form below (a few days before the next puppy social).

After that, all you and your furry friend need to do is show up!

Do I Need to Stay?

Yes.

A Pet Specialist will be there to host and supervise the puppies play, but you the owner will want to be there as well so you can have a chance to ask questions and receive (free!) expert training advice.

Plus you wouldn't want to miss out on watching your puppy have a blast with other puppies and meeting other new puppy owners!

But it's important to note that during their play, owners are not interacting with the puppies (just watching).  This is meant to be puppy to puppy socializing time :)

What's the cost?

This event is FREE!

We keep everyone up to date on any upcoming events, delays or cancelations via our Facebook page!
